Joe D It may seem that the bag does not hold much at all, however it actually does, and more: laptop, books, pens, cables, water-bottle; it does the job without a problem. The reflector at the back may be added functionality, but it's even a huge benefit because the feature makes back-packing more comfortable. Tops for a commuter bag!
