FREE STADARD SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $35 
• Order must total $35 or more after any discounts are applied and does not include tax or gift cards / eBooks
• Offer applies to ground shipping only.

• Free Domestic Shipping offer applies only to the continental United States and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the United States.
• Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to international shipping rates.

OTHER DELIVERY OPTIONS
If your order is below $35, we charge a fixed rate of $5.50 for processing and standard shipping with USPS. ZIPIT also offers UPS Ground Shipping, UPS Second Day Air and UPS Next Day Air – shipping rates are determined according to package weight.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
ZIPIT ships worldwide with USPS International Priority Mail. Shipping rates are determined according to package weight.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We process all orders within 2 business days.

Domestic
Standard shipping – takes 3-5 days. UPS/FedEx Ground Shipping – takes 3-5 days. UPS/FedEx Second Day Air - takes 2 days. UPS/FedEx Next Day Air – takes 1 day.

International
USPS International Priority Mail - approximately 15-20 business days. Delivery includes online tracking and delivery confirmation. Some countries may take longer depending on international customs departments.

Wrong/incomplete shipping address
If you accidentally put the wrong shipping address here's what can be done: If you have not yet received your tracking information via an automated email then you can give us a call, fill out our contact form, or email us at store@just-zipit.com. Please include your CORRECT address so that we can update it as quickly as possible. Our offices are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

If you already received your tracking information we ask that you contact the shipping company that currently has your package in order to attempt an address change. Once the package has left our facility we can’t change this address and we are unable to contact the shipping company on your behalf for security and privacy reasons. In case an order is returned to our warehouse due to wrong/incomplete address we will refund you for the items cost but not for the shipping charges.
