In order to exchange any defective ZIPIT® product under this warranty, make a claim and present satisfactory proof of original ownership (such as original receipt, online registration or any other documentation that ZIPIT® deems acceptable). Please keep your original sales receipt as proof of your date of purchase. After inspecting the damaged product and verifying your proof of ownership, ZIPIT® will repair or replace your product. This limited warranty does not cover any damage that results from accidents, misuse, abuse or negligence. This limited warranty is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the original purchaser for products purchased through the official ZIPIT® virtual store residing at www.just-zipit.com or authorized ZIPIT® resellers. ZIPIT® is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenue, lost profit, loss, damage to personal items, rental or purchase of replacement personal items, damage to property, and third-party claims. Under no circumstances will ZIPIT® be liable for any amount that exceeds the original purchase price of a product.
