If you purchased your ZIPIT product on this website and want to return it please fill out the form below.

If you purchased your ZIPIT product elsewhere, please let us know by filling out the form below including the exact location of your purchase. We will review the details and see how we can help.

Before doing so, kindly note:

You may return your product within 365 days of purchase for a full refund.

We will issue your credit within 7 - 10 business days of receipt of your return.


Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition, with all original tags and in the original package. After 30 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer’s defects.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
