 If you purchased you ZIPIT bag elsewhere, the best way to get a replacement is to take it back to the retailer you purchased it from. If you have any trouble returning it there, fill out the form below and we’ll see how we can help.

What You Need to Know
- Please check our limited Lifetime Warranty to see if your ZIPIT product qualifies for return or replacement.
- Processing warranty claims takes approximately 7-10 days from the day we receive them.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Warranty claims must be accompanied photos to be accepted
